This item defines the total number of users available to you for the plan chosen. For example, if you have 7 people in your company that will need to access the GoToBilling application, then the Plus plan is the option you should choose |
Paperless invoices and the ability for your customer to pay you directly from the emailed invoice are available to all users. If the plan you need does not come with enough invoices you can simply add more invoices to your package in Step 2. For more information on invoices click the Invoicing link at the top of this page. |
We've made it easy to give it a spin. Pick your package, pick your options then enjoy it for 30-days. If you are not 100% satisfied - cancel. While we would hate to see you go, we realize that what we offer may not be for everyone. We respect your right to choose. |

GoToBilling offers all customers the ability to have bad debt items collected automatically. Simply enter the debtor information, attach any supporting documents like contracts or invoices and upload. The collection process begins immediately. From phone calls, letters to collection entries in the debtor's credit bureau file. All you have to do is view the online reports to see where the debt is in the collection process. When collected, the funds are deposited directly into your bank account. |
Every customer of GoToBilling has the option of selecting a free merchant account. By free we mean no statement fee, no minimums, no cancellation fees - in fact no "gotcha's" of any type. And the best part - credit card sales are deposited into your bank account within 48 hours. A free merchant account is included in our 30-day trial period. If you don't think that this offer is as "straight-up" as it sounds, you can cancel without penalty. All you pay for is the actual transaction cost of each sale. We would like to give this to you as well - but the big credit card companies won't allow it. |
This is the number of sales you have where your customer uses either a credit card or a check (ACH) to pay you. There is no limit to the number of sales you can process with GoToBilling. |
Pay Me Now invoicing let's you create an invoice and email it to your customer. When your customer receives the emailed invoice, they can click a button to view, print and pay your invoice. So much for "the check's in the mail". |
If you have customers that pay you the same amount every time, on a schedule like weekly, monthly or annually then automated recurring is for you. Whether you customer wants to pay with their checking account (ACH) or their credit card, you can allow them to "recur" the payment automatically. It's easy and once you set-up your customer's schedule, everything is handled for you automatically. |
Pay Me Now let's your customers pay you right from your own web site. All you do is create the "Pay" button on your web site and GoToBilling does the rest. Your customers can pay their bill from you directly through your website. You don't need to be a webmaster to use this one! |
With GoToBilling there's no need for you to contract with a "gateway" to route your transactions. We have one built right in. No extra steps and everything working seamlessly together. Nice, huh? |
GoToBilling works with most of the best known shopping carts. From an easy plug-in for OS Commerce and Cart 32 support to a complete API for those of you that can custom code your shopping carts. This option requires knowledge of shopping carts and/or web coding. |

This is an option for the larger business or a single business that needs more than one payment account enabled. With GoToBilling each location can have a separate MID# (merchant ID number). The funds will route directly to the bank account for that location but the reports will be available for each location in the Administrator Module. With this option you can remotely control employee access at each of your locations too. |
This option goes hand-in-hand with the Multiple MID module. With this option, the administrator can, with a single login, access all locations, adjust payment records, and control employee access remotely. |
