When you enter an email address for your customer two things happen:
A confirmation of their gift or loyalty card balance is emailed to them automatically. Their email address is added to your email marketing list so that they can be included in your marketing campaigns. |

Loyalty cards make it possible to easily reward your customers for their purchases. Want to give away a free coffee after ten purchases. No problem. Just add a point to their account and redeem all of the points at one time. | Load and Redeem |
GoToBilling keeps the management of your gift card program simple. There are only two possible functions:
Load - Load the value of the gift card or the number of reward points into the the customer's record. Redeem - As the card holder comes back create a new line item entry to redeem the gift card value or "cash in" their points. |
| Optional Personalized Cards |
Even though our gift card program is ID based and no cards are required, you have the option to order, direct from the printer, cards with your logo. Logo cards are a great way to promote your business and keep your name in the mind of your customer. Simply click "Order New Cards" to order printer direct branded gift cards. |
