  Our Policies
 

Our policies are really simple.

First, the license cost of our software is posted. By monthly we mean monthly. We don't lead you to believe it's monthly and then expect you to pay annually.

Second, you will always receive complete and personal training so that you get the maximum benefit of the GoToBilling application.

Third, if you decide that GoToBilling not for you or do not meet your needs, then you may cancel you subscription at any time, hassle free, penalty free, and immediately.

We work hard to insure that you will stay with us and continue to use our services and we would be sorry to see you go. But, we respect your right to cancel for any reason whatsoever, at any time you choose

  Merchant Accounts
 

If you get your merchant account from GoToBilling you get a real merchant account - not an aggregator account. This means that funds, from your sales are deposited directly into your business bank account usually within 48 hours for credit cards and 4 days for ACH. If you qualify, ACH funding can be accelerated to over-night funding meaning you get the money from your sales into your bank account the next business day.

Your merchant account comes with ACH and credit card processing included. Use either as your business dictates.

You do not pay: monthly fees, monthly minimums, or monthly gateway fees.

You do pay: transaction fees on the sales you take. Rarely, but in addition, if you have one of the following events the processor will charge you on a per event basis: charge back, retrieval, ACH rejects, voice authorization.

Transactions deemed fraudulent by the fraud and risk department of the processor may be held until it can be determined that the transactions are valid. Any fraudulent activity whatsoever will result in the immediate suspension of your account. There will be no refunds issued on suspended accounts.
